• Transaction-related identifiers and pricing metadata required for reconciliation and support

• Coordinates and rounded coordinate cache-bucket identifiers used for weather retrieval optimization

D. App Usage and Diagnostics

• API request logs, latency/error metrics, and operational telemetry
• Crash reports and diagnostics submitted by app/runtime systems
• Fraud/abuse signals and account-protection metadata where needed for security

E. Support and Communication Data

• Support ticket details, message thread content, and support metadata (platform, app version, device info)

• Provide weather forecasts, radar, alerts, widgets, and saved locations
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and enforce subscription/plan access rules

• OpenWeather for weather datasets
• Google Places (New) for search/autocomplete place metadata
• RevenueCat for subscription event processing
• Hosting, infrastructure, and database providers

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only in limited cases:

• With processors/service providers needed to run Atmos Weather
• With platform/payment providers for subscription and purchase handling

Atmos Weather is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on hosting and provider infrastructure. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
