These Terms of Service govern your use of Atmos Weather. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• If you use the service on behalf of an entity, you represent you are authorized to bind that entity.
• By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. License and App Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Atmos Weather for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse search, refresh, or API traffic patterns.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to app, admin, or backend systems.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or disrupt service operation.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Plans, Billing, and Access

• Features may vary by plan tier (Free, Plus, Pro).
• Paid billing is handled through in-app purchase providers and synced by RevenueCat events.
• Renewals, cancellations, expirations, grace periods, and refunds may change access immediately.
• You are responsible for managing subscriptions through the applicable app store account.

Pricing, plan structure, and feature limits may change in the future in accordance with applicable platform and legal requirements.

6. Service Changes and Availability

• We may modify features, limits, UI, APIs, and integrations to improve service quality and reliability.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• Maintenance, provider outages, and infrastructure incidents may affect service availability.

7. Weather Data and Safety Disclaimer

Weather information and alerts are provided for general informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Atmos Weather is not an emergency warning system and must not be relied upon as your sole source of weather safety information.

Always follow official guidance and emergency communications from local, regional, or national authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding third-party provider content under their own terms), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers (such as weather, geolocation, purchase, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for third-party products or services and their availability, policies, or actions.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or operational necessity.
• Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atmos Weather and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on service operation and legal requirements. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and venue requirements unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
